防腐成品質量控制
防腐(fu)工程,無(wu)(wu)論是國家重點建設項(xiang)目(mu)還是普(pu)通(tong)的(de)(de)維(wei)護修繕(shan),人們最(zui)關心最(zui)重視(shi)的(de)(de)就是防腐(fu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)年(nian)限,通(tong)俗(su)的(de)(de)說(shuo)就是防腐(fu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命。相同的(de)(de)投入因(yin)為不同的(de)(de)質(zhi)量控制所帶來的(de)(de)經濟效益相差懸殊,一項(xiang)高質(zhi)量的(de)(de)防腐(fu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)可以使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)幾十年(nian)而無(wu)(wu)有(you)變化(hua),極大的(de)(de)降(jiang)低(di)了維(wei)修成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本和運行(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本;而低(di)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)防腐(fu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)不到3年(nian)(nian)就完全失效,不但(dan)增加維修成本和運行(xing)成本,造(zao)成巨大的浪費而且帶來安全隱患。例如(ru),1997年(nian)(nian)6月27日北京某化(hua)工廠(chang)18個乙烯(xi)原(yuan)料(liao)儲罐發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)火災(因硫化(hua)物腐(fu)蝕),停產達半年(nian)(nian),直(zhi)接經濟損(sun)失達2億多元,間接損(sun)失巨大;2000年(nian)(nian)6月16日廣東某石(shi)化(hua)廠(chang)焦化(hua)裝置由于高(gao)溫管線硫化(hua)物腐(fu)蝕發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)重(zhong)大火災,大火燒(shao)了25min,給生(sheng)(sheng)產和裝置運行(xing)帶來不可逆的影響。

防腐(fu)成品質(zhi)量控(kong)制對于因腐(fu)蝕引起的(de)安全問題具有積極的(de)政治意義,對于降低(di)腐(fu)蝕造(zao)成的(de)損(sun)失也具巨大的(de)經濟意義和社會價值。根據柯偉院士主(zhu)編的(de)《中(zhong)國腐(fu)蝕調(diao)查報告》內容顯示,2000年我國國民生產(chan)總值10710億美元,年腐蝕損(sun)失(shi)約占(zhan)國民生產(chan)總值的6%。這(zhe)么規模量(liang)(liang)的腐蝕損(sun)失(shi)如果通過有(you)效(xiao)的防腐措(cuo)施和成品質量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制(zhi),通過大量(liang)(liang)推廣先進的防腐蝕技術,腐蝕損(sun)失(shi)將會大大降低,甚至降低到(dao)25%-30%皆有(you)可能。筆者在此呼(hu)吁(yu)全社會要(yao)像關注(zhu)環境保護一樣關注(zhu)腐蝕問題(ti)和防腐質量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制(zhi)問題(ti)!
