電鍍污水池防腐技術

根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)鍍(du)污(wu)水(shui)池(chi)(chi)液體介(jie)質腐(fu)蝕特(te)征(zheng),通(tong)常采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)防(fang)腐(fu)蝕材料(liao)(liao)有樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)襯里(li)、樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)襯里(li)、塑料(liao)(liao)襯里(li)、耐酸磚版襯里(li)、耐腐(fu)蝕涂料(liao)(liao)涂覆(fu)等等。從大(da)(da)量的(de)(de)成(cheng)功案例和(he)(he)實際應用(yong)(yong)效(xiao)果(guo)、經濟效(xiao)益(yi)來(lai)看,電(dian)鍍(du)污(wu)水(shui)池(chi)(chi)防(fang)腐(fu)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)量最大(da)(da)工藝最為成(cheng)熟的(de)(de)防(fang)腐(fu)蝕材料(liao)(liao)莫過于乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)、乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)。常規乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)根(gen)據(ju)需要采(cai)取鋪(pu)設3層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)布(bu)或(huo)者5層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)布(bu)的(de)(de)結構(gou),乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)可以批刮(gua)2-4㎜的(de)(de)厚度。如果(guo)是(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)鐵(tie)電(dian)鍍(du)污(wu)水(shui)池(chi)(chi)可以先對(dui)(dui)(dui)鋼(gang)鐵(tie)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)進行(xing)噴(pen)砂(sha)除銹,達到GB 8923規定的(de)(de)Sa2 1/2級別要求,4小時之內涂刷(shua)(shua)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂底(di)涂料(liao)(liao)2道(dao),再(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂鋪(pu)貼(tie)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)纖(xian)維氈,干(gan)燥后打(da)磨毛刺并清理干(gan)凈(jing)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂料(liao)(liao)鋪(pu)貼(tie)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)纖(xian)維布(bu),注(zhu)(zhu)意所有節點和(he)(he)陰角需要做(zuo)加(jia)強和(he)(he)倒角的(de)(de)特(te)殊處理。最后一層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)布(bu)可以使(shi)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)氈,樹(shu)脂料(liao)(liao)必須閉塞填(tian)(tian)滿(man)浸透(tou)布(bu)眼,無需再(zai)(zai)做(zuo)面(mian)涂施(shi)工。如果(guo)是(shi)(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土電(dian)鍍(du)污(wu)水(shui)池(chi)(chi),需要對(dui)(dui)(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土進行(xing)打(da)磨或(huo)者噴(pen)砂(sha),拋(pao)丸,將表(biao)(biao)面(mian)污(wu)染物及(ji)松動(dong)不(bu)牢的(de)(de)成(cheng)分(fen)徹(che)底(di)清理干(gan)凈(jing),要求混(hun)凝(ning)土含水(shui)率(lv)<8%,其次用(yong)(yong)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)底(di)漆調和(he)(he)石英(ying)砂(sha)和(he)(he)粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)填(tian)(tian)充坑洼不(bu)平(ping)之處,節點和(he)(he)陰角需要做(zuo)加(jia)強和(he)(he)倒角的(de)(de)特(te)殊處理,并滿(man)批膩子(zi)找平(ping)。膩子(zi)干(gan)燥后打(da)磨找平(ping)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),清理干(gan)凈(jing)找平(ping)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)涂刷(shua)(shua)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂底(di)漆2道(dao),干(gan)燥后依照氈--布(bu)--布(bu)鋪(pu)貼(tie)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)積,直至規定的(de)(de)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)數(shu),無需做(zuo)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)面(mian)涂。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)作為防(fang)腐(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)時,基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)處理和(he)(he)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樹(shu)脂玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)做(zuo)法一樣,批刮(gua)乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)厚度>2㎜時,應該分(fen)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)施(shi)工,施(shi)工時注(zhu)(zhu)意批刮(gua)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)要順(shun)延一個(ge)方向(xiang)進行(xing),不(bu)允許將鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)在(zai)托板(ban)上面(mian)翻(fan)來(lai)覆(fu)去(qu),顛來(lai)顛去(qu)。如果(guo)發(fa)現鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)比(bi)(bi)較粗糙,可以使(shi)用(yong)(yong)浸料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)滾筒(tong)對(dui)(dui)(dui)膠(jiao)泥(ni)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)單(dan)方向(xiang)滾刷(shua)(shua)收光,保證乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)美觀性。乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鱗(lin)(lin)片膠(jiao)泥(ni)具有層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)疊迷宮(gong)效(xiao)應,可以抗水(shui)蒸氣滲透(tou),其抗滲透(tou)率(lv)是(shi)(shi)普(pu)(pu)通(tong)環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂涂料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)6-15倍(bei)(bei),比(bi)(bi)普(pu)(pu)通(tong)環(huan)氧玻(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)(li)鋼(gang)高4倍(bei)(bei),對(dui)(dui)(dui)于處在(zai)動(dong)態環(huan)境下的(de)(de)電(dian)鍍(du)污(wu)水(shui)池(chi)(chi)應用(yong)(yong)比(bi)(bi)較理想(xiang)。
