說說示溫涂料(轉)
示溫涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)也叫熱(re)敏余料(liao)(liao)或者叫變(bian)(bian)色(se)涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao),它是以(yi)顏色(se)或外觀變(bian)(bian)化(hua)來指(zhi)示物體表面溫度及溫度分布,具(ju)有測(ce)溫功能的(de)一(yi)(yi)種功能性涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)。其原理(li)(li)就(jiu)是涂(tu)(tu)層(ceng)被加熱(re)到一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)溫度時,涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)中的(de)對(dui)熱(re)敏感的(de)顏料(liao)(liao)發(fa)生(sheng)某些物理(li)(li)或者化(hua)學變(bian)(bian)化(hua),導(dao)致分子結構、分子形態的(de)變(bian)(bian)化(hua),外在的(de)表現就(jiu)是顏色(se)變(bian)(bian)化(hua),因(yin)此可以(yi)根據顏色(se)隨著溫度變(bian)(bian)化(hua)而發(fa)生(sheng)改變(bian)(bian)的(de)特性來測(ce)量一(yi)(yi)定(ding)范(fan)圍內的(de)溫度數值(zhi)。

熱變色(se)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)象被人們(men)注意并(bing)且加(jia)以研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)始(shi)于100多(duo)(duo)年(nian)前;而(er)(er)示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)真(zhen)正發(fa)現(xian)(xian)和(he)應(ying)用(yong)是(shi)和(he)航(hang)空航(hang)天工業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)分不開的(de)(de),特別是(shi)第二次世界大戰期間,示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)達到鼎盛時期。目(mu)前,示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)主要(yao)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)和(he)應(ying)用(yong)的(de)(de)國家有德國、英國、美國、日本、俄(e)羅斯及中國。我(wo)(wo)們(men)國家示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)從60年(nian)代(dai)由原化工部涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)工業(ye)(ye)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所開始(shi)研(yan)(yan)發(fa),取得(de)了相當的(de)(de)成果,測溫(wen)(wen)(wen)范圍37℃-1150℃,而(er)(er)且種類很多(duo)(duo),應(ying)用(yong)領域(yu)非(fei)常廣泛(fan)。早期,隨(sui)著我(wo)(wo)國煉(lian)油(you)工業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)興起,煉(lian)油(you)裝置需要(yao)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)報警涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao),示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)應(ying)運(yun)而(er)(er)生(sheng),70年(nian)代(dai),我(wo)(wo)國航(hang)空工業(ye)(ye)突飛猛進,設計、選材都要(yao)依據表(biao)面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度分布而(er)(er)定,從而(er)(er)更加(jia)促(cu)使示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)向不可逆(ni)多(duo)(duo)變色(se)方向發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),系列化的(de)(de)不可逆(ni)、多(duo)(duo)變色(se)示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(liao)研(yan)(yan)制成功,為我(wo)(wo)國航(hang)空工業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)作出了重要(yao)貢獻(xian),80年(nian)代(dai)又(you)成功研(yan)(yan)制了熔(rong)融(rong)示(shi)(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)片。

示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)通常(chang)分為兩大類型:可(ke)(ke)逆(ni)(ni)型和不(bu)可(ke)(ke)逆(ni)(ni)型。可(ke)(ke)逆(ni)(ni)型示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)就是(shi)(shi)加(jia)熱到(dao)(dao)某(mou)一(yi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)即發生(sheng)色(se)變,冷卻(que)時顏色(se)又恢復(fu)到(dao)(dao)原狀,可(ke)(ke)以反(fan)復(fu)使用(yong)測溫(wen)(wen);不(bu)可(ke)(ke)逆(ni)(ni)示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)就是(shi)(shi)加(jia)熱到(dao)(dao)某(mou)一(yi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)顏色(se)發生(sheng)變化,冷卻(que)時顏色(se)不(bu)能恢復(fu)到(dao)(dao)原來顏色(se),可(ke)(ke)以記錄表面經受(shou)過的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)。國內對可(ke)(ke)逆(ni)(ni)示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)研究很少,幾乎是(shi)(shi)空白(bai)。國外示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)已經趨(qu)向(xiang)低溫(wen)(wen)(100℃左右),甚至零下的(de)低溫(wen)(wen)方向(xiang)發展,特別是(shi)(shi)向(xiang)可(ke)(ke)逆(ni)(ni)示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)出現了一(yi)系列(lie)產(chan)品;但(dan)是(shi)(shi)其鼎盛(sheng)時期已經不(bu)再,近幾年關于示(shi)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)的(de)報道也是(shi)(shi)很少見了。

根據變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)次數,示溫(wen)(wen)涂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)分為(wei)(wei)單變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)、雙變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)、多(duo)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)三類,從測溫(wen)(wen)范圍可(ke)分為(wei)(wei)低溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)(xing)(<100℃)、中溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)(xing)(100℃-500℃)、高溫(wen)(wen)型(xing)(xing)(>500℃)。其組成包括(kuo)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)顏(yan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)、漆(qi)基、填料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)及溶劑,可(ke)逆型(xing)(xing)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)顏(yan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)主要選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)的(de)無(wu)機(ji)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)顏(yan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)是(shi)Ag、Hg、Cu的(de)碘化(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)(wu)、金屬配位化(hua)(hua)合物(wu)(wu)(wu)或(huo)者復鹽;不可(ke)逆型(xing)(xing)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)色(se)主要選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鉛、鉻、鎳、鈷、鐵、鎘、鍶、鋅等(deng)的(de)硫酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鹽、硝(xiao)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鹽、磷酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鹽、鉻酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鹽、硫化(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)(wu)等(deng)。漆(qi)基選(xuan)擇既(ji)要符合顏(yan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)特(te)性又不能與顏(yan)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)起反應,低溫(wen)(wen)示溫(wen)(wen)涂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)常用(yong)(yong)的(de)基料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)有(you)(you)蟲(chong)膠(jiao)清漆(qi),醇酸(suan)(suan)(suan)樹(shu)脂,硝(xiao)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)纖(xian)維素,三聚(ju)氰胺(an)樹(shu)脂,脲-甲醛縮(suo)合物(wu)(wu)(wu),氨基甲酸(suan)(suan)(suan)酯,纖(xian)維素糠醛樹(shu)脂,甲基丙烯(xi)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)酯-乙酸(suan)(suan)(suan)乙烯(xi)酯共聚(ju)物(wu)(wu)(wu),環氧樹(shu)脂等(deng);高溫(wen)(wen)示溫(wen)(wen)涂料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)基料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)通常選(xuan)擇有(you)(you)機(ji)硅樹(shu)脂或(huo)者改性有(you)(you)機(ji)硅樹(shu)脂。

示溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)料作為測溫(wen)(wen)重要(yao)的載(zai)體,與一般的測溫(wen)(wen)工(gong)具,如溫(wen)(wen)度(du)計和熱電偶(ou)相(xiang)比,具有以下的優點:
1.特別適用(yong)于一(yi)般溫度(du)計無法或(huo)者難以測量的(de)場合,如高速運轉的(de)部件,大面積表面,復雜構件的(de)溫度(du)測量。
2.不(bu)可(ke)逆示(shi)溫涂料可(ke)作為被測(ce)物溫度變(bian)化的半永(yong)久記錄資料,并且可(ke)以重復(fu)。
3.具有(you)最(zui)高歷經溫度“記憶(yi)”功能,能夠進行(xing)后(hou)期溫度測(ce)讀,無需即時觀測(ce)或記錄設備。
4.用多變(bian)色示溫(wen)涂料能夠測量表面溫(wen)度分布(bu),并(bing)且可以適用于(yu)非(fei)金(jin)屬表面測量。
5.使(shi)用方(fang)便,簡(jian)單,經濟,直觀(guan),是其他測溫手段不能代(dai)替的(de)。

示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)的涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)施工(gong)(gong)與普通防腐蝕工(gong)(gong)業(ye)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)基本相似(si)。以國(guo)內(nei)一款JS-S型(xing)單變(bian)色不可逆示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)報(bao)警涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)例(li),其有3款品種(zhong)(240℃示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao),270℃示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao),370℃示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao))由(you)甲乙雙(shuang)組分(fen)組成,涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)前必(bi)須對(dui)底材(cai)進行(xing)表面處理(li)(li),等級要求符合GB8923相關規定(ding)或(huo)者根據ISO8504:2000標準(zhun)進行(xing)判定(ding)和處理(li)(li),要求基面必(bi)須干(gan)凈無污染。將甲乙組分(fen)按照比(bi)例(li)充分(fen)混(hun)合攪拌,并且靜置5分(fen)鐘(zhong)后進行(xing)刷(shua)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)層厚度(du)(du)干(gan)膜為(wei)(wei)(wei)25-35μm,涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)布率0.15-0.2Kg/㎡,配好的涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)在6-8小時內(nei)用完,涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)具清洗和涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)稀釋可以使(shi)用示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)專用稀釋劑(ji)。涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)現場嚴禁火種(zhong),保持良好通風,環境溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)25℃,相對(dui)濕度(du)(du)<65%,涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)5小時后實干(gan),即(ji)可投入(ru)使(shi)用。這種(zhong)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)適用于煉油化工(gong)(gong)設備外壁(bi),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)140℃,100℃,200℃,當(dang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)分(fen)別達到240℃,270℃,370℃時,其涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)層在60分(fen)鐘(zhong)內(nei)可由(you)藍色變(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)白色,淺棕色,白色,即(ji)警告(gao)操(cao)作(zuo)人員設備發(fa)生(sheng)異常,應(ying)即(ji)時采(cai)取措施,為(wei)(wei)(wei)確保設備正(zheng)常運行(xing)和生(sheng)產(chan)安全保駕護航。

筆者(zhe)始終堅持認為(wei):未來工業(ye)涂料(liao)的發展(zhan),在于技術的突破和各種功能(neng)型涂料(liao)的開發及(ji)其性(xing)能(neng)應(ying)用(yong)的不(bu)斷延(yan)伸的觀(guan)點,其中也包括本(ben)文(wen)涉及(ji)的示(shi)溫(wen)涂料(liao)的二次開發與創新,特(te)別是對低溫(wen)可逆多變示(shi)溫(wen)涂料(liao)的研究將成為(wei)重點和熱點。
